Primary focus

Dumadine

Building Dumadine as a multi-tenant hospitality operating system shaped around live service conditions, then extending it through event-driven workflows, reporting layers, and AI-assisted operational support.

Current priorities

Hardening ordering, kitchen, inventory, and accounting flows against operational edge cases
Improving observability, failure handling, and event visibility across system boundaries
Designing automation paths that reduce manual coordination without weakening control
Using AI where it improves summaries, explanation, and operational decision support

Direction

Most of my attention is on building a stronger operating core for Dumadine: tighter event flow, clearer observability, and operator tooling that reflects real system state instead of after-the-fact reconstruction.
