- Hardening ordering, kitchen, and inventory flows against operational edge cases
- Improving observability, failure handling, and delivery confidence
- Strengthening system boundaries so growth does not turn into coupling
- Using AI to reduce drafting and refactoring drag without outsourcing engineering judgment

- Publishing filler content for visibility
- Listing weak or outdated project work
- Hiding behind vague AI wording
- Adding process or tooling that does not improve delivery
